Job description

Key Account Administrator - Daresbury

At BMSI, we currently have a vacancy for a full-time Key Account Administrator to join our friendly team based at our newly refurbished office in Daresbury. This is a full time office based role reporting to our Administration Team Leader. You will be expected to undertake a range of administrative duties that include;

  • Co – ordination of a national support contract
  • Liaising with our Sustain Energy Centre Team and Regional Administrators
  • Co-ordinating the work of the Support Engineers
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders and credit notes via the SAGE database in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handling telephone calls from customers and suppliers with a professional approach at all times.
  • General office duties and support others during annual leave.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with SAGE (although this is not essential as training will be provided) and have strong IT skills with a proven ability to prioritise their work so as to ensure that deadlines are met to the standards expected in a busy working environment.

To succeed you must be highly organised and reliable with effective time management skills. Being a team player is essential, as is having a positive attitude when dealing with both colleagues and clients.
