Job summary

GSL Education Kent are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Teacher to support schools across Kent. This varied role offers the chance to work with different groups of pupils, adapt to new environments and help maintain a positive, productive learning experience.

As an Associate Teacher, you will support teaching across a range of settings, using subject knowledge, communication skills and classroom experience to engage pupils and promote progress.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS or have relevant teaching qualifications and experience appropriate to the assignment.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Engage pupils through clear explanations, encouragement and purposeful learning activities.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments, age groups and classroom expectations.
• Build professional relationships with pupils and school staff.
• Show reliability, flexibility and a genuine commitment to pupils' learning and development.
