Job summary

British Airways Holidays is seeking an entry-level Yield Data Executive to turn large datasets into actionable insights in a fast-moving travel environment. You’ll support Yield Analysts and Managers by analyzing competitor pricing and identifying trends using Excel, pivot tables and formulas.

Based in Crawley with a UK-wide hybrid working pattern, the role focuses on data-driven pricing decisions. You don’t need prior travel experience; curiosity, data confidence and attention to detail are key

Qualifications

• Intermediate level Excel; use pivot tables and formulas with accuracy.
• Ability to identify data trends and anomalies with a commercial mindset.
• Strong organisational skills and clear communication with teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor pricing analysis using Excel and in-house systems.
• Identify trends, outliers and opportunities in holiday pricing data.
• Support real-time commercial and operational data requests and price matching decisions.
• Explain findings clearly to different teams and stakeholders.
