Job summary

Perkins & Will Inc. is seeking a passionate Workplace Strategist I to join our London office within our Advisory Services team. This role offers a chance to work with a creative design firm, delivering data-driven solutions in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of industry experience, strong problem-solving and data analysis skills. The position operates full-time (37.5 hours/week) with hybrid work options: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience within the industry.
• Experience with data collection and analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance throughout projects under routine guidance.
• Contribute to materials for client presentations.
• Document information relative to programming analysis and space plans.
• Collaborate with design teams to evaluate design options.
• Prepare data collection through interviews and surveys.
• Lead the clearing and analysis of data.
• Maintain open communication within the team.
