Job summary

AllSaints in London seeks a Wholesale Junior Account Executive to support the wholesale team in driving rapid growth through end-to-end order management, inventory tracking, and commercial analysis. Based in East London, you will manage accounts, prepare market snapshots for London & Paris, handle new account setups, forecasting, and shipping coordination with the distribution center.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, experience in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and Excel

• Knowledge of the UK/EU market.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure seamless cross-functional working.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account support.
• Attend monthly business meetings with accounts.
• Support market organization for London & Paris, prepare snapshots, take orders, and send confirmations.
• New account setup and end-to-end process with DC for compliance and shipping.
• Forecast and project orders per account to support in-season reorder.
• Manage EU wholesale stock and inventory to drive sell-through and reduce liabilities.
• Weekly shipping report and ownership of shipping process with the DC.
• Compile weekly figures by account into the weekly trade document with actions.

THE ROLE

The Wholesale Junior Account Executive will support the wholesale team in delivering rapid growth (Revenue, EBITDA) through end to end order management, tracking of Wholesale inventory, and timely commercial analysis.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Support in the day to day management of accounts
• Monthly business meeting with accounts to review performances
• Support all market organization (London & Paris), prepare business snapshots prior to market week, take orders during market and consolidate feedback, order entry, prepare and send order confirmations
• New account set up/own end to end process and link with the DC for all compliance and shipping
• Forecast and projections by account to support in-season reorder business
• Management of the EU Wholesale free stock & proactive approach inventory management to drive sell through and reduce stock liability
• Weekly shipping report & ownership of shipping process with the DC
• Compile weekly figures by account into the weekly trade document with actions and comments

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working within a fast paced environment as a Junior Account Executive or sales assistant with an experience of the UK/EU market
• Strong analytical skills and advanced excel skills required
• Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure seamless cross functional working
