Job summary

KITH is hiring a Junior Waiter for our Regent Street, London location. The role focuses on delivering best-in-class service from greeting guests to seamless checkout. You will work closely with Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure accurate orders and timely service.

We seek you to have at least 1 year in a high-end dining or guest-facing F&B environment, with Level 2 Food Hygiene cert. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of serving experience in an elevated dining environment.
• 1+ years in a guest facing F&B environment.
• Licenses/Certificates: Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guest(s).
• Accurately taking food & beverage orders and communicating them to the kitchen staff.
• Communicating any food allergies or special nutritional needs to the kitchen staff.
• Making menu recommendations.
• Ensuring orders are filled in a timely manner and meet brand standards.
• Provide attentive service including refilling beverages and checking in with guests.
• Address guest service issues promptly and communicate with management.
• Complete cleaning tasks in Front of House and Back of House as required.
• Support events and occasional travel to other F&B locations or HQ.

The Junior Waiter’s primary focus is to provide each guest with the most enjoyable dining experience possible. From the moment the guest is seated, through the moment they check out, the Waiter will be there to provide our best-in-class service. The Waiter will not only communicate with our guests, but they will also be in constant contact with both our Front of House and Back of House staff.
