Job summary

WeBuyVintage seeks a Junior Videographer to capture engaging content at roadshows across the UK. You will work with the Social & Content Lead to film buyers, valuations, and customer interactions, building your portfolio and videography skills.

This role focuses on short‑form social content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, primarily using iPhones and DJI equipment, with on‑site shoots and evolving creative directions.

Qualifications

• Creative and able to spot interesting moments, people and stories.
• Enthusiastic about videography, filming and creating social media content.
• Confident approaching people and capturing footage in busy environments.
• Observant of moments that could become engaging content.
• Organised to follow shot lists and manage footage.
• Proactive in suggesting ideas and capturing great footage.
• Adaptable to different venues and on-the-fly changes.
• Keen to learn and develop filming skills with feedback.

Responsibilities

• Capture video content at roadshows each week.
• Film buyers and appraisers at work, including valuations and items of interest.
• Capture atmosphere from venue setup to customer arrivals and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Identify stories and moments for engaging social media content.
• Capture customer testimonials and interviews with consent.
• Create content for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Work from shot lists and briefs from the Social & Content Lead.
• Develop own ideas and spot opportunities to expand content.
• Use provided equipment (iPhones, DJI) for high‑quality footage.
• Organise and upload footage for editing by the team.
