CloudNC Ltd in Chelmsford, Essex, is seeking a Junior Videographer to help us create engaging social videos from our factory floor. You’ll film, edit and produce short- and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, learning on the job with an experienced team.

You don’t need to be an expert in machining or AI; you’ll develop practical filming skills, storytelling, colour correction and audio basics while supporting the production of CAM Assist and Quote Agent videos.

Qualifications

• Practical experience filming and editing videos with demonstrable sample work.
• Comfort with cameras, lighting and audio to capture well-lit, clear footage.
• Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong storytelling, pacing and social media content sense.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative approach and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Filming and editing video content for social channels alongside the team.
• Setting up and operating camera, lighting and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Taking videos from brief to finished edit using team feedback.
• Creating short- and long-form edits with storytelling and pacing for multiple platforms.
• Working on product videos to showcase CAM Assist and Quote Agent applications.
• Contributing ideas and spotting opportunities to capture interesting content.
• Preparing videos for publication with colour correction and subtitles.
• Keeping footage organized and meeting production deadlines.
• Reviewing content performance and applying learnings to future videos.
