Job summary

DMG New Media in London is seeking a junior videographer/editor to join the Eliza & YOU video team. You will help produce engaging, high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube, collaborating with producers and editors throughout shoots and edits.

You will develop filming and editing skills across fashion and beauty formats, manage equipment, and contribute to pre-production planning in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience filming and editing video content.
• Interest in fashion & beauty content.
• Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, audio and basic filming techniques.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro; keen to develop After Effects skills.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube and what makes content engaging.

Responsibilities

• Filming & production: Support and lead smaller-scale shoots across studio, location and social-first productions.
• Video editing: Create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts with strong pacing and storytelling.
• Creative development: Brainstorm ideas and contribute to pre-production planning with producers and the wider team.
• Social-first storytelling: Deliver content aligned with platform trends and the distinct identities of Eliza and YOU.
• Commercial content: Assist with filming/editing branded content and campaigns per briefs.
• Production preparation: Help prepare shot lists, organise equipment, lighting and audio for smooth shoots.
• Post-production: Support colour correction, audio and basic motion graphics to finalise edits.
• Equipment & organisation: Maintain camera, lighting and audio gear and ensure safe handling.
• Collaboration & feedback: Work with producers and talent, incorporating feedback.
• Creative development: Stay updated on video trends and bring fresh ideas to both brands.
