Job summary

Hawk Hiring is seeking a Junior Service Vehicle Technician for the Brighton & Hove area. This hands-on workshop role requires a minimum of 1 year in a commercial garage or fast‑fit centre and offers a base salary of £28,000–£35,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus scheme, aiming for £37,000+ OTE.

You’ll work Monday to Friday with a fair Saturday rota, hold NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of active, hands‑on experience inside a commercial garage, dealership, or fast‑fit centre.
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Core maintenance and repairs including servicing, MOT prep, brakes, suspension and steering.
• Assist with diagnostic work and learn multi-brand tools under supervision.
• Support fleet maintenance across a range of vehicles.
