Job description

Job Title: Junior UX/Product Designer

We’re looking for a Junior UX/Product Designer to join our growing team and help shape a wide range of digital experiences—from ecommerce/finance platforms to B2B management tools in the automotive industry.

If you're passionate about creating intuitive, user-centred designs and eager to grow your skills in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  1. Design clean, intuitive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
  2. Collaborate with other designers to maintain consistency across our product suite.
  3. Work closely with product owners and developers to bring ideas to life.
  4. Conduct user interviews and facilitate research to uncover user needs.
  5. Run usability testing (remote, in-lab, guerrilla) to validate and refine design decisions.
  6. Use data (qualitative and quantitative) to identify issues and opportunities.
  7. Work with our data team to measure the impact of your designs, iterate, and improve.
  8. Present and explain your design choices clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
  • A degree in Design, Communication, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • A solid understanding of UX and interaction design principles (you know the rules and when to break them).
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (we currently use Figma).
  • Ability to wireframe, prototype, and iterate quickly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills — you're a team player and a clear thinker.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to QA your own work for pixel-perfection.
  • A portfolio that showcases a few well-executed projects, ideally with insights into your design process.
  • Bonus: Fluency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a welcome plus (but not essential).
Why Join Us?
  • Work on real-world problems that impact thousands of users.
  • Be part of a supportive, cross-functional team that values experimentation and learning (we are a learning organisation, the principle is Try, fail, try again and fail better).
  • Learn from experienced designers, researchers, and engineers.
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and shape your career path.
Benefits
  • Kaizen Time: Every Friday afternoon is dedicated to personal development — time for you to explore new tools, take a course, or work on side projects that help you (and the business) grow.
  • Learning & Development: Access to learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, plus support for further training or certifications relevant to your role.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Private health plan, one paid Mental Health Day per year, Cycle to Work scheme, access to wellbeing resources and support.
  • Time Off & Flexibility: Flexible working hours (up to 4 hours per week flex), extra day off for your birthday, one paid Volunteer Day per year, option to buy additional leave.
  • Financial Benefits: Workplace pension scheme with employer contributions in line with UK requirements.

We’re excited to see what you can bring to the team!
