ALLELY'S HEAVY HAULAGE LTD invites applicants to join as a Business Administrator apprentice (Level 3). The role focuses on routing and planning a General Haulage fleet, with close collaboration among project managers, customers and drivers to deliver efficient transport solutions and top-tier service.

Structured over 1 year, the apprenticeship is conducted Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a one-hour lunch break, and supported by HEART OF WORCESTERSHIRE COLLEGE as the training provider.

Qualifications

• GCSE English at grade 5 is required.
• GCSE Maths at grade 5 is required.
• Business administrator (level 3) apprenticeship is described in the course information.

Responsibilities

• Learn routing and planning of a mixed General Haulage fleet.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers and drivers to plan transport requirements.
• Ensure transport planning is thorough and executed to high standards.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
