Contract: 15 month FTC

The role:

My client is looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have around 12 months experience.

This role will be 2 days per week in the office, with rare travel to other branch offices.

Key responsibilities:

• End user 1st / 2nd Line Support for internal employees
• Assisting with Cyber Security related duties (and opportunities to learn in this area)
• Administering predominantly Microsoft based products – Microsoft 365 etc.
• Liaising with 3rd parties
• Participating in projects where required
