Qualifications

• Mechanically biased background with MEP experience.
• Experience with MEP/subcontractors or main contracting environments is valuable.
• Interest in developing into a Technical Services Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage MEP packages from design to delivery.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal project team.
• Review drawings and technical information, including design changes.
• Understand programme, cost and commercial implications of decisions.
• Coordinate specialist M&E subcontractors on site.
• Identify issues early and drive solutions and improvements.
• Support commissioning, testing and handover to the client.
