Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Junior Technical Sales Executive in High Wycombe to upsell maintenance contracts to an existing customer base and develop key relationships. You will join a small team, receive full training, and enjoy a workday from 8am to 4:30pm with a clear path to progression.

The role offers £28,000–£30,000 base with additional bonus structures (up to 15% bonus plus training and development) and career progression within a successful HVAC-focused company.

The Role:

• Supporting pre-exciting customers and upselling maintenance contracts
• Working as part of a small sales team, to develop, build and further customer relationships
• Full Training provided working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
• 2.5% Quarterly bonus based on performance alongside 5% annual bonus
