Job description

Our Digital Transformation Team (DTT) is looking for a Junior Technical Business Analyst. We are flexible regarding the office location. You will be involved in planning, producing, testing, and deploying digital solutions for internal teams, developing automation software for operational needs, and creating/monitoring scripts for integrations.

This role is ideal for someone with programming or software development experience, key business analyst skills, and a desire to grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. You should have a solid technical background in programming concepts, experience with Databases (SQL), and strong interpersonal and process mapping skills. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous. Opportunities for training and certification are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement low code apps, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure solutions meet needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system integration.
• Work with team members to solve technical problems and improve productivity.
• Ensure seamless software integration with internal systems.
• Maintain large data sets, improving data accuracy and completeness.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies related to system integration.
• Become a technical resource for core technologies like RPA, Low Code Apps, or Workflow (iPaaS).
• Participate in quality control tasks such as code reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

The Person

Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with:

• Experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, message queues
• Solid programming skills in Java, C#, or Python
• Experience with Databases (SQL)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or RPA/Workflow (iPaaS) is advantageous
• Attention to detail and quality focus
