Ambius Junior Team Leader at Rentokil Initial, Haydock branch, leads a team of Technicians across a wide geographic area, coordinating daily duties and ensuring KPIs for health and safety and service quality are met.

This is a full-time role offering a base salary of £28,604 per annum with expected OTE around £33,000, plus benefits including relocation support up to £5,000, a pension, private healthcare and RI Rewards discounts.

Qualifications

• Leadership required to manage a team of Technicians
• Strong customer service skills and field support
• UK driving license required and DBS check may be needed

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Technicians
• Meet KPIs: Health and Safety, State of Service, Productivity
• Plan routes to maximise customer time and minimise driving
• Field support days
• Maintain and install Christmas displays
• Stock control and audits
• Drive across a large geography
• Hands-on servicing when needed
