Job summary

Rentokil Initial Ambius in Haydock is recruiting a Junior Team Leader to oversee a team of Technicians across a wide regional area. You will plan routes, drive performance against KPIs, and support field operations while delivering excellent customer service.

The role is full-time and requires a valid UK driving licence; relocation support may be available and detailed training will be provided to develop plant care and horticulture know-how.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (minimum 2 years).
• Leadership experience in team environments.
• Interest in plants and plantcare helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Technicians in daily duties.
• Ensure delivery of KPIs: Health & Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity.
• Plan routes to maximise customer facing time and minimise driving time.
• Field support days and hands-on servicing when required.
• Maintain/install Christmas displays and perform stock control.

Responsibilities:

• To manage a team of Technicians in their daily duties.
• To ensure the delivery of Key KPIs, including - Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity.
• Planning of the routes to ensure maximum customer facing time and minimise driving time
• Field support days
• Maintenance and installing Christmas displays
• Quality audits of sites, stock control, ordering stock
• Driving as role covers a large geographical area
• Hands on servicing, when required

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License held for 2 years minimum
• Ideally have experience in horticulture
• Interested in plants and plantcare
• Experience of coordinating customer stock requirements to ensure availability for vehicles and routes being served.
• Leadership skills in a work environment
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
