Rentokil Initial at Haydock seeks a Junior Team Leader to manage a team of Technicians across a wide area, ensuring key KPIs are met and services run smoothly. You will plan routes, support field teams, and handle stock and quality checks while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence held for 2 years minimum.
• Ideally have experience in horticulture.
• Interested in plants and plantcare.
• Experience coordinating customer stock requirements to ensure availability for vehicles and routes being served.
• Leadership skills in a work environment.
• DBS check may be required for some roles.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of Technicians in daily duties.
• Ensure delivery of Key KPIs: Health & Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity.
• Plan routes to maximise customer-facing time and minimise driving time.
• Field support days.
• Maintenance and installing Christmas displays.
• Quality audits of sites, stock control, ordering stock.
• Driving as the role covers a large geographical area.
• Hands-on servicing when required.
