We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Tax Analyst to join our Tax & Trade Operations team. This role is crucial in managing the seller’s data auditing process, ensuring compliance, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Key job responsibilities
Ensure data processing accuracy, in line with EU legislation. Good stakeholders management and reporting clarity. Regular data tracking and auditing.
A day in the life
1. Manage file preparation for data validation within Tax & Compliance space
2. Conduct post-processing data auditing
3. Maintain comprehensive audit trail documentation
4. Communicate and collaborate with local authorities
5. Update systems and ensure data accuracy
6. Provide regular reporting and status updates to stakeholders
7. Manage operational tasks in collaboration with Project Managers
8. Perform quality checks on processed data
9. Track and ensure timely completion of all operational tasks
10. Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency
About the team
Tax & Trade Compliance Operations is responsible for gatekeeping the EU legislation landscape and ensure sellers compliance and business readiness. The team has the critical mission of securing the right level of data accuracy, as well as critically reassessing the timely implementation of any legislation requirement.
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department
- Experience researching indirect tax issues including taxability of products and services
