Job Description:

Award-winning executive search consultancy Tiro Associates Ltd has a new opportunity to join our team.

As a Talent Scout, you will be trained to source passive candidates through networking and complex Internet searches. We will want you to go beyond basic sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards, sourcing candidates through channels like blogs, niche social networks, trade associations, online groups, directories, alumni associations, Boolean and x-ray searches on Google, and more.

The role of Talent Scout is the first step towards becoming an expert Head Hunter. Tiro is dedicated to staff development and training. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job and external training and will be supported to achieve a professional recruitment qualification. Tiro is a corporate member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation; all our team are qualified to REC level 3 in recruitment practice.

What we need from you:

  • Degree qualified (or of "graduate calibre" - educated to at least A Level standard)
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Personable, proactive, motivated, and keen to learn
  • Proficient in PC software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet applications
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Detail-Oriented

What we offer:

  • A positive, team-focused, friendly environment
  • Attractive salary + commission
  • Pension
  • 29 days holiday (including your birthday and bank holidays), increasing to 34 days after 2 years of service
  • Team days out (ghost hunting, clay pigeon shooting, F1 experience, horror movies at Cineworld, and more!)
