The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for their UK restaurant, supporting onboarding, and collaborating with managers to meet hiring needs. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recruiting or HR experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry. Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or HR, ideally in high-volume or hospitality roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track key people metrics.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Genuine interest in the hospitality industry and healthy food.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for our UK restaurant, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Support onboarding of new team members, providing assistance in their learning and development.
• Collaborate closely with restaurant managers to understand hiring needs and team growth plans.
• Promote a positive candidate experience and contribute to employer branding.
• Assist with ad hoc People tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:
