Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a Systems Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
• Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting/programming experience in Python, Go, Bash, etc.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and improve reliability, availability, and performance of production systems on AWS.
• Respond to incidents and drive RCA and postmortems.
• Build and maintain automation for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management (IaC).
• Collaborate with development teams to improve observability (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting).
• Contribute to capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
