Your Requirements:

The Junior Sushi Sous Chef should be able to assume the responsibilities of the Sushi Sous Chef in their absence. While assisting with menu planning and ordering, the main focus is to help manage staff and ensure food is prepared, plated, and served properly and efficiently.

We would love you to have:

• Previous experience as a Junior Sushi Sous Chef or higher
• Experience with similar cuisine
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow recipes, processes, and standards
• Drive and ambition to learn and grow within the team
• Flexible availability, working any 4 days between Monday and Sunday
• Full ownership of your role
