Job summary

Arcadis is a global leader in sustainable design, engineering and consultancy. We are growing our Structural Engineering team in the Places Design Practice in the UK, seeking a Junior Structural Engineer with a keen interest in developing technical skills across diverse projects.

You will support design work, conduct UK site visits (possibly abroad), coordinate with other disciplines and BIM modellers, and advance in professional memberships and chartership as you progress.

Qualifications

• Graduation in structural engineering or equivalent.
• Membership or willingness to join IStructE or ICE (graduate).
• Eligibility to obtain SC security clearance.
• Knowledge of structural materials and design software.
• Strong commitment to health & safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design tasks within a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct site visits in the UK and possibly abroad.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and BIM modellers.
• Develop professional membership and technical skills.
