Job summary

Arcadis, the world-leading design, engineering and consultancy, is expanding its Structural Engineering team in the Places Design Practice in the UK. We seek a Junior Structural Engineer with a strong interest in developing technical skills across diverse projects, from data centers to educational buildings.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, carry out design tasks, site visits in the UK, and collaborate with BIM modellers while pursuing graduate membership with IStructE or ICE.

Qualifications

• A relevant engineering degree is required.
• Graduate membership of IStructE or ICE or willingness to join as a graduate.
• Eligibility to achieve SC security clearance.
• Solid structural engineering background with a desire to develop technical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design tasks across a range of projects.
• Undertake site visits within the UK and potentially abroad.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and BIM modellers.
• Develop knowledge of engineering and BIM software.
• Support team members and clients, and pursue professional chartership.
