CIL Management Consultants Limited is looking for an Analyst in Frome to join our consulting team. The position offers first-class training and the chance to work closely with senior leaders on a variety of strategic projects.

You will quickly learn new business models, test hypotheses, and perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to support client recommendations. The role also involves client interaction and coaching new graduates.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background and ability to work in high-performing teams.
• Proactive, curious problem-solver with good communication.

Responsabilités

• Grasp new business models quickly, typically on a different project every 4-6 weeks.
• Test hypotheses using primary and secondary research.
• Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis of data.
• Draft clear outputs for final reports with project teams.
• Present findings to clients and engage with senior leaders.
• Coach new graduate intakes after six months.
