Lendable is seeking an analytical, commercially-minded Junior Strategy Analyst to help grow and scale our product offering. You will tackle high-impact business problems across pricing, growth, credit risk, and new product development, delivering insight-driven strategies that optimise performance.

You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights that drive responsible growth and put the customer at the heart of decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in an analytical role (e.g. Product Analytics, Growth, Pricing).
• Proficiency in SQL; working knowledge of Python.
• Understanding of experimentation fundamentals; exposure to A/B testing.
• Structured approach to problem solving with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Drive pricing & promotions optimisation using data-driven analysis to balance engagement, growth, price elasticity and profitability.
• Design, run pricing tests and A/B/multivariate experiments with Product, Data Science and Engineering.
• Track performance and provide readouts with clear recommendations on rollout or iteration.
• Evaluate expansion opportunities by analysing data and contributing to commercial models.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Data Science, Product and Growth to implement strategies and present findings.
