Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Junior Strategy Analyst to help grow and scale its product and pricing strategy. You will work across pricing, growth, credit risk, and product analytics to drive insight-driven decisions that support responsible growth and customer value.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Credit Risk, Data Science, Product and Growth, delivering analyses and recommendations that influence pricing, promotions, and new product opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL; working knowledge of Python.
• Understanding of experimentation fundamentals; hands-on exposure to A/B testing is a strong plus.
• Structured approach to problem solving with strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive pricing & promotions optimisation through data-driven analysis, balancing customer engagement, growth, price elasticity and profitability.
• Design, set up and run pricing tests and product A/B and multivariate experiments with Product, Data Science and Engineering.
• Evaluate expansion opportunities by analysing data and contributing to commercial models.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Data Science, Product and Growth to implement strategies and present data-driven recommendations.
