Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Support their team and help others excel while maintaining high standards
  • Manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members on the go
  • Understand food safety, health standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
  • Celebrate team successes and recognize individual needs
