The role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Support and mentor their team while maintaining high standards
  • Manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
  • Understand food safety, health standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
