The Role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members, ensuring food quality and standards, and inspiring your team through your expertise.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
  • Can manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members on the go
  • Understands food safety, health, and safety standards, and has knowledge of financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
  • Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual needs
