Role Overview

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

Responsibilities

• Support your team and help others excel while maintaining high standards.
• Manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and ensure adequate staffing.
• Understand food safety, health standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Celebrate team successes and recognize individual drives and needs.

Qualifications
