The role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

Ideal candidate:

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Ready to manage the line, plan shifts, and coach on the go
• Understand food, health, safety standards, and kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual needs
