Cosy Club Leicester is seeking a proactive Junior Sous Chef to join a busy kitchen. You will cook fresh, high-volume dishes and support a passionate kitchen team, keeping standards strong even when busy.

You’ll benefit from a positive rota, two days off plus a weekend off every six weeks, meals on shift, paid breaks and generous staff perks from day one. Branded and independent experience is valued.

Formación

• Experience cooking fresh in high volumes.
• Ability to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade.
• Excellent communication with FOH & BOH teams.
• Experience across branded and independent environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead kitchen brigade in Head Chef's absence.
• Ensure quality and consistency of dishes across service.
• Collaborate with FOH to maintain smooth service.

As one of our Junior Sous Chefs, you could get on target earnings of between £15.30 and £17.30 per hour

• Hourly rate of up to £13.30 per hour depending on experience
• Estimated tronc of £2.00 - £4.00 per hour

You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. Ideally, you will have a mixed branded and independent background. You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence.You will be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.
