We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Junior Sous Chef - Main Kitchen to join our team at Hakkasan Mayfair!

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in London; experience in Chinese cuisine is mandatory
• A passion for Chinese cuisine, creativity, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Good command of English with confident communication skills
