wagamama is seeking a junior sous chef to support leading shifts and the kitchen team, ensuring every bowl is crafted to perfection. You will work with the management team to run a vibrant, high-performing kitchen while upholding standards and supporting your colleagues.

You will help the team grow, coach on the go, and continuously seek small improvements using a Kaizen mindset to improve operations and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting kitchen teams and managing shifts.
• Understanding food safety standards and kitchen costs.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Comfort planning shifts to cover hunger demand while maintaining standards.
