Dorado Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, help deliver great shifts, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is to spec. This role offers up to £13.30 per hour plus tips and staff benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen with fresh ingredients.
• Able to work in a busy kitchen and maintain high standards.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts and ensure prep is done.
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and uphold high food standards.
• Take ownership of your section, manage prep, par, cleanliness, and hygiene.
