Barrafina Soho is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join its award-winning kitchen. You will support senior chefs, oversee pass sections when required, and help manage menu ingredients, ordering, and waste in a high-volume, quality-led environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume, quality-led restaurant kitchen.
• Excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens and adherence to Food Safety standards.
• Good understanding of ordering, wastage, stock management and chef rotas.
• Understanding of flavour balance and a passion for food and development.
• Love for hospitality, Spanish food and culture.
• Ability to run all kitchen sections including the pass when needed.
• Strong team ethic and respect for colleagues.
• Ability to train and lead junior chefs.
