Job summary

Piero Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join its kitchen team. You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, help deliver strong shifts, and ensure every dish leaves the pass to spec.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen roles handling fresh ingredients.
• Ability to follow allergen processes and kitchen safety rules.
• Comfort with fast-paced shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts and ensure prep is ready for each day.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high food standards.
• Take ownership of your section, manage prep, par, hygiene and food safety.
