Megan’s Restaurants is seeking a motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our premium kitchen. You will ensure all dishes are prepared to the recipe specs and presented beautifully at the pass, while helping to train and lead a talented team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a premium branded fresh food kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishes are prepared correctly to the recipe spec.
• Make sure every dish on the pass looks incredible.
• Train and lead our kitchen team and uphold food hygiene and H&S standards.
