Qualifications

• Proven experience as Junior Sous Chef or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring food safety.
• Quality Control – maintain high quality and presentation of dishes.
• Service Management – assist in coordinating daily kitchen operations, production and service.
• Stock Control – monitor inventory, maintain freshness, and minimise waste.
• Team Collaboration – communicate positively with all team members and support colleagues.
• Menu Development – collaborate with head chef to develop and taste new recipes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance – keep kitchen clean and equipment in good working order.
