The Royal Foresters in Ascot, part of Acorn Pubs, is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen and contribute to creating culinary masterpieces. You will work closely with the Head Chef, lead kitchen operations, and ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and service in a fast-paced pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous or kitchen manager level.
• Ability to run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and drive the food culture.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow in a fast-paced pub environment.
