The role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a growing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, with exceptional food knowledge, using this to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Managing the kitchen line and planning shifts for adequate coverage
• Understanding food, health and safety standards, and managing financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
