The role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams, an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
• Is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach on the go
• Understands food safety, health and safety standards, and the financial aspects of running a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual needs
