Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Old Bull & Bush in London is seeking a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, training teams and delivering guest satisfaction. You will run a kitchen section, support the team, and help maintain brand standards across the venue.

You'll work as part of Premium Country Pubs, with opportunities for progression, staff discounts, and development through on-the-job training.
