Job summary

Bill's - St Albans is seeking a Junior Sous Chef. You will create a positive kitchen atmosphere, lead by example, and ensure the kitchen delivers high-quality, fresh dishes throughout the day.

You will be supported by Operations Chefs to develop your team, with structured pathways for career progression and a focus on wellbeing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a junior sous chef or similar role preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent organisation and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to keep the section running smoothly.
• Maintain high kitchen standards and deliver fresh dishes.
• Support operations chefs with training and wellbeing.
