Bill's - St Albans is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to foster a positive kitchen atmosphere, ensure our service standard is met, and deliver fantastic fresh dishes throughout the day.

You will lead by example with excellent organisation and a cool head, supported by Operations Chefs to ensure wellbeing and smooth running of your section. The role offers clear career progression and a comprehensive benefits package.
