Valor Hospitality in Southampton is seeking a Junior Sous Chef with proven busy-kitchen experience. You will assist the executive chef and drive quality, presentation and hygiene standards.
You will lead, train, manage junior staff, help with menus, inventory, and cost control, while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
£ 32,240 per annum, £15.50 per hour, 40 hours per week across 5 days.
