Job summary

Malmaison Deansgate in Manchester is seeking a Junior Sous Chef who can inspire the kitchen team and deliver dishes to our high standards. You will oversee kitchen operations, support the Head Chef, and help create memorable guest experiences.

This permanent role offers £13.59 per hour for a 45-hour week, with progression opportunities and a range of staff perks designed to reward commitment and team spirit.
